I know, but she's not trying to claim credit for that -- she's trying to claim credit for the things she didn't do. When asked to give what her experience is which qualifies her to be prez she listed helping bring peace in N. Ireland, getting health care for kids, and negotiating open borders for Kosovar refugees, none of which she actually did (she's also recently claimed to have come under sniper fire in Serbia -- that she and her people had to run from a plane across the tarmac to a waiting car. Video of the incident shows her and Chelsea, waving, and doing a photo op with kids on said tarmac).
