The Fantastic Two

This afternoon, Éiden is shouting, "Flame ON!" and then racing from room to room.  His brother, Arie, is stomping close behind grumbling, "Look out, Buddy-boy -- It's clobberin' time!"  Yes, we've been watching The Fantastic Four.

I think I've seen her but, thankfully, no, I have never read her. (Doesn't she just make a lot of lights and colors like some hero that would have been relegated to the Legion of Substitute Heroes?)

Yep. Also, she is ROLLER DISCO. Which - given how unhip comic book companies tend to be, but wish they were, and the delays involved in publishing - meant she showed up just as that brief fad was crashing. They had her cross-promoted up the ass, man...and all for naught.

They were giving away copies of the first issue at the first con I ever went to. Nobody wanted one.
