Making a list and checking it twice, and thrice, and again just for good measure

So for the past month or so I've been cooking and baking to prepare for a traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner (Wieczerza Wigilia: vee-eh-CHESZ-ah vee-GEEL-ya) that I do every year. I should be doing the rest of my cooking right now but I wanted to quickly post about this and link to a journal entry about this dinner I posted last year (which contains links to all the recipes, in case you're interested).
