janradderAfter taking a two run lead into the bottom of the 10th with Papelbon closing, the A's score one run on a hit and then run themselves into a needless out on the basepaths which really hurts them when the following two batters both reach on hits. Oakland's catcher makes the final out of the game, stranding two and the Sox hold on for their first win of the season.
