Christmas with the kids

This was the first year that the boys both did the vast majority of Christmas tree trimming. I sat on the couch handing them ornaments as they hung them on the tree. Every now and then, I had to remind them not to hang two ornaments on the same branch or smashed up next to each other, but it wasn't very often. I didn't even have to move many ornaments after, just a couple that looked like they were about to fall because they were hung ont he very tips of branches.

Now that's the way to trim a Christmas tree! You know, I still have the "tree and light controller" that you used to plug in to drive me crazy. One of these years I'm going to send it to you. LOL

I'm glad someone besides Jan is allowed to trim the tree; when I tried to do it he re-arranged EVERY SINGLE ornament I tried to hang.
