I'm absolutely thrilled when my favorite band breaks up, and then I follow all their solo projects because those solo projects are always and invariably far better than anything the original band members ever put out when they were still in my favorite band. I also like to watch Small Wonder reruns as often as possible, because that show is just so damn funny and heartwarming and not at all creepy in the least.

I think they call this a "no-win situation"

Option 1: Ask my son to clean his room and then listen to him yell and complain that I asked him to do it.

Option 2: Not ask my son to clean his room and then listen to him yell and complain because I didn't ask him to clean it.

I think instead, I'll choose Option 3: Finish that bottle of Scotch in the cabinet. Or just beat my head against a wall for a couple hours.
