Exchange with my son Éiden

In a fit of anger today, Éiden put his hat in the refrigerator.  I came across this later and asked him why he put his hat in the fridge.

 "Because I thought it was milk, but it wasn't." 

"Oh," I said, laughing.  "I thought you were a weirdo and you were!"

"Yeah," he said.  "I am a weirdo."

I'm trying to get Arie to help me make shortbread (Éiden had helped with the first batch) and Arie is telling his brother to stop taking superheros out of a bowl.

"Arie, do you want to help me make cookies or do you want to obsess over what your brother is doing?" I ask.

"Obsess over my brother!" He replies.

"NOOOO!," yells Éiden.  "I'll obsess over myself."
