I worry whether Éiden means that his brother is theoretically capable of blowing up the house or if he means that Arie has acquired the necessary materials to do so.
Not so nice when I come home to a huge crater in the street where our house used to be and then have to ground Arie for a month because he went and blew up the house without permission.
